A Redditor asked if there was a list of card sleeves, past and present, for MTG Arena. After looking, I didn't see anything. So, I set out to make one for the community.
I didn't think this would be so hard, but there really isn't any master list of sleeves that I could find, which made finding the art even harder. Most of what I found I had to get from screenshots, video screen grabs. It was nearly impossible to find a list of the WAR Japanese Alternate Art sleeves, and the list i found didn't appear complete, as I found screenshots elsewhere with sleeves that were not on that list. What a mess.
All of that said, this will be an ongoing project. Please let me know if you find any sleeves, or if you have some in your Arena client that are not on this list, please send me a screenshot and I'll get it up here.
I would also like to put these in order of set release, so if anyone has information regarding some of these, it would be much appreciated.
It appears as though I may be able to find the answers to many of these questions from the WotC Arena patch notes and news. I'll go through those at a later date to make this more accurate.

I am not sure how many of the Japanese Alt Art Sleeves there were. I only find conflicting information. The below included Japanese Alt Art sleeves are confirmed from screenshots I found.

Guild Sleeves
Two sets of guild sleeves were released during the Ravnica sets. Both a boring and an exquisite set, one for each of the 10 guilds. These were/are available in the store.
These were released in the March 2019 update
Other Sleeves
I am not sure exactly when some of these sleeves came out. If you happen to know, please let me know so I can update this information.
These basic Mana Symbols were available in the store early on in 2019?
